Application Fee
 
A non-refundable application fee of 375AED per student is required to submit an application to the program. This fee covers administrative costs and will not be refunded under any circumstances, including withdrawal from the program or failure to meet eligibility criteria.

Primary Program: November 29 & 30, 2025
Secondary Program: December 6 & 7, 2025

Media Coverage
 
By participating in the program, participants agree to allow media coverage and photographs to be taken during the event. When mentioning the event in social media the #cubesatchallenge should be used and the Skillup Groups relevant social accounts tagged:

Conduct
 
Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the program. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the organizers may result in immediate removal from the program without refund or recourse.

Program Modifications
 
Skillup Group Limited reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, structure, or location if necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

Liability

Skillup Group Limited is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation in the program. Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.

What will I learn during the program?

Participants will learn critical skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, critical thinking, and sustainability. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with space technologies and STEM applications in real-world scenarios.

What should I expect if media covers the event?

If media or news outlets cover the event, both Earth 2.0 and the Skillup Group will need to be mentioned as official providers. Any media coverage or interviews will need to include both parties, and they should be contacted for quotes when relevant.

Can I get a refund if I’m unable to attend after being selected?

Unfortunately, the application fee is non-refundable, even if you are unable to attend the program for any reason.

 Will I need to travel for the program?

Yes, you will be required to travel to Dubai International Academy Al Barsha. Travel and accommodation costs will not be covered by the organizers under any circumstances.
